Whether you are planning a family gathering, corporate retreat, reunion, wedding weekend, sports trip or group getaway, the home was designed to comfortably accommodate everyone under one roof. ## Two Separate Homes on One Private Property The property includes a spacious main residence and a private detached guest house. The main house features nine bedrooms, four full bathrooms, expansive common areas, a large chef-style kitchen and multiple indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. The detached guest house includes three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, its own fully equipped kitchen and a private living room. It is ideal for guests who want additional privacy while remaining close to the rest of the group. It features soaring ceilings, original heart-pine flooring, a large sectional sofa and a 75-inch Roku Smart TV. The open layout allows the kitchen, dining and living areas to flow together, making it easy for everyone to remain connected without feeling crowded. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the peaceful surrounding views. ## Chef-Style Kitchen and Dining The main kitchen serves as the centerpiece of the home and was designed to handle large groups.
